If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of coffee and/or rice due to their perishable nature. However, if there is an issue with your product, contact our customer service team for assistance.

once the case has been reviewed and the return of a product or the issuance of a refund is accepted, you will receive additional instructions on how to proceed.
